We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving the order.
Orders will be dispatched by either Royal Mail Tracked or Parcelforce courier service.
We do not charge extra for a next day delivery service and do our best to get the parcel to you as fast as possible, although most of our parcels arrive Next Day we cannot guarantee this unforseen delays sometimes happen with couriers or Royal Mail this cannot be helped and not something we have control over, please allow 4 working days before submitting a parcel not arrived form
If an item is out of stock but expecting arrival within 2 working days we will hold the order and dispatch as soon as the new stock arrives, if the item is going to be out of stock for a long period we will inform the customer and issue a refund.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
